What is StackGen?

StackGen is an autonomous operations platform designed to transform DevOps and SRE workflows by reducing manual toil and enhancing productivity through AI-driven automation, compliance, and intelligent insights. At its core is Aiden, a unified AI agent that operates across the entire operations lifecycle, integrating seamlessly with your existing DevOps ecosystem. Aiden provides SLO-aware incident response, agentic AI for reliable remediation, and governance-first Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to ensure every change is policy-checked and compliant.

The platform offers three flagship surfaces: incident management, IaC generation, and observability copilot. For incident management, Aiden runs the full incident lifecycle on top of your current observability stack—Datadog, Grafana, New Relic, or any other—detecting, triaging, diagnosing, and remediating issues within policy constraints while continuously learning. This enables SREs to focus on higher-value tasks that require human judgment, cutting MTTR significantly. As one customer reported, "We cut MTTR in half in the first quarter. For IaC, developers can describe their intent in their preferred IDE—Cursor, Claude Code, VS Code, or Amazon Q Developer—and receive governed Terraform code that is policy-checked and aligned with organizational standards.
