What is FloorPlanAI?

FloorPlanAI is an innovative AI-powered tool that transforms simple text descriptions into detailed 2D floor plans and 3D models in seconds. Designed for homeowners, real estate professionals, and 3D designers, it eliminates the need for CAD software or design skills. Users simply type a sentence describing their desired space—such as "Cozy studio with a Murphy bed, mini kitchen and bath, ~40 m²"—and the AI generates a plan within 20–60 seconds for 2D renders or 2–3 minutes for 3D models.

Key features include multiple rendering styles: technical blueprint, watercolor, marker pen, 2.5D, 3D isometric, and photorealistic. Users can also choose a template and adjust room counts or write custom prompts. The 3D Visualization mode produces downloadable GLB models that can be rotated, zoomed, and embedded. Outputs are high-resolution PNGs without watermarks, ready for listings, mood boards, or sharing.
