What is SkimIt.ai?

SkimIt.ai is a simple, email-based tool that delivers AI-generated article summaries directly to your inbox. No app to download, no signup required—just send an email. When you come across an interesting article but lack the time to read it fully, simply share the URL from your browser and email it to go@SkimIt.ai. Within about 10 minutes (sometimes up to 15), you'll receive a concise, AI-powered summary. You can even CC friends to share both the original article and the summary with them.

Key features include effortless use via email, no account creation, and fast turnaround. The AI processing leverages OpenAI's GPT technology to extract key takeaways. Technical details: the system reads only the first URL in the email body; subject lines, signatures, and other content are ignored. It retains the sender's email, any CC'd addresses, and the URL for processing but no other email content.
